Dear Jim;

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the
excellent training that I recently received through the ATP BWG location
where I completed a custom fast track commercial multi engine course.

My first contact with ATP was with John Amico in Jacksonville, FL.  Mr.
Amico was very helpful and built a program to fit my specific needs and
goals. Mr. Amico answered every question and made the process extremely
pleasant. I confirmed my training dates with John and when I had
questions, John contacted me by his cell phone on his time, while he was
with his family to answer my questions. John also provided me with his
cell number and encouraged me to contact him with any problems or
questions should they arise.

I arrived at ATP BWG on June 13, 2010 where I met the instructor that
had been assigned to me, Trip Tidwell. Mr. Tidwell was extremely
courteous and friendly. After settling in and taking care of the
paperwork Mr. Tidwell and I discussed the syllabus that had been built
for me which was to be accomplished in fourteen days.

Mr. Tidwell began the ground school and the flights a short time later
in preparation for the Commercial Multi Engine checkride. Mr. Tidwell
is one of the best flight instructors that I have ever had the pleasure
of flying with. Mr. Tidwell demonstrated a vast knowledge of all
aspects of aviation and was able to instruct them in a way that could be
understood.

Mr. Tidwell always had a smile on his face and was upbeat when he had
multiple students that he was attempting to accommodate at one time. 
Mr. Tidwell worked with me regarding my schedule and an almost two hour
commute one way each day. With Mr. Tidwells dedication and hard work,
I was able to complete this program in ten days with a successful
checkride at the conclusion.

Mr. Tidwell and Mr. Amico should be commended for their dedication and
commitment to your company. If the remainder of your employees are
truly as dedicated as Trip and John, that would explain the great
success that your company has been able to attain.

I have been in Law Enforcement for seventeen years; several of those
have been in supervision and management. I strive to have employees with
the same qualities and traits that Trip and John possess.

Trip and Johns work ethic speaks volumes about the quality and
professional training that can be obtained at ATP. I appreciate once
again the great training and look forward to obtaining Flight Instructor
ratings from ATP in the near future.
